The audiovisual installation “Transformation” by Verena Hentschel is an immersive total artwork combining painting, digital imagery, and electronic composition. Across three successive installations, a visual and auditory journey unfolds, finding its atmospheric expression in a vacant shop space on the concourse level of the Berliner Platz underground station. The triptych opens with the deep, grounded presence of the color green. In the second part, the color blue dominates. The third video work confronts the audience with powerful noise sounds and intense shades of pink.
