This installation works best from a distance, from Kennedyplatz. The 22nd floor of the city hall is used for representation. People from all over the world are welcomed here, because from here you have a wonderful view of the city. Now the city looks back and the 22nd floor becomes the stage for the Essen Light Festival. Colours, colour gradients and wild animations are created in the illuminated windows, arousing very unique feelings and associations in everyone.
