In these fast-moving and often unstable times, radio is a favourite constant in everyday life. Just like Radio Essen. It connects people in the city with each other and lets them participate in all current topics. The light installation "On Air" picks up on this in a playful way. Visitors are given an active insight into the editorial offices and can watch the moderation live in the studio. By pressing a buzzer, interested parties can even shape the programme themselves and marvel at the programmed light show.

Playing time: from dusk till 10 pm | Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 pm
