Convention Bureau Essen

The Convention Bureau Essen is the central point of contact for everyone planning an event in Essen — from a workshop in a historic monument to an international congress. As part of Essen Marketing GmbH, we provide impartial advice, know the city and its venues first-hand, and connect you with the right contacts.

Our services are free of charge for event planners: We help you find a venue, request hotel room blocks, put together supporting programs, and assist you from the initial idea through to implementation.
