Free Coach Parking in Essen
Essen has a large number of free parking spaces for coaches. Here you will find a list of places where you, as a tour operator, can park your coach temporarily free of charge.

- Freiheit coach parking — for brief stops only to drop off and pick up passengers

Coach Parking and Directions to the Christmas Market
You can drop off your passengers at the long-distance coach station on the south side of Essen Central Station and pick them up there again for the return journey. From there, your guests can walk through the central station directly to Willy-Brandt-Platz, where the first section of the Christmas market begins.
Coach parking spaces are located on Berthold-Beitz-Boulevard between Frohnhauser and Altendorfer Str., on Frohnhauser Str. (opposite Hotel Four), on Schwanenkampstr. and on Mittelstr. (next to the Ikea car park).
We provide a sufficient number of suitable coach parking spaces. Nevertheless, we would like to point out once again that registering does not constitute a reservation, and we cannot guarantee you a parking space.
For orientation, guests can pick up a map showing the Christmas market stalls at the Tourist Information Centre, Kettwiger Straße 35, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.
