Register a promotion or distribution campaign

If you would like to run a promotion or distribution campaign in Essen city centre, please use the form at the bottom of this page.

The next steps are as follows:

• We will review your application in terms of the requested date and location and the content of your promotion or distribution campaign. If the requested location is available, we will block or reserve it for you.
• We will calculate the costs incurred for your planned promotion or distribution campaign and send you a quote.
• Once we have received your order, we will apply to the responsible permitting authority of the City of Essen for the special-use permit required to use the space.
• Once we have received the special-use permit, the contract can be concluded and the invoice issued.
• Your promotion or distribution campaign is then approved and can go ahead as planned.
