Reusable packaging requirement at events

Under the current waste management regulations of the City of Essen, only reusable containers may be used at events in public spaces (traffic areas and parks and green spaces). This applies to serving drinks of all kinds as well as food. The only exception is food served in a paper bag, such as fries or pastries.
