Attraction
Moltkeviertel
The Moltkeviertel, developed from 1908 onward, is a true urban-planning gem.
Like Margarethenhöhe, the neighbourhood follows the principles of a garden city, with plenty of green spaces and fresh-air corridors. The visionary city planning officer Robert Schmidt created high-quality housing here for the up-and-coming city. The individual buildings were designed in the Reform style by renowned architects such as Olbrich, Körner and Bartning. It’s a lovely place to stroll among charming façades and works of art.
